About This Role
As the pricing lead you will be responsible for developing, communicating and supporting the execution of pricing activities at both the strategic and tactical levels. You will serve as a cross-functional liaison between sales, customer care, finance, and senior management.

In particular you can expect to:
• Ensure timely, accurate, and complete price updates in SAP
• Create pricing exhibits for RFPs and pricing agreements
• Conduct pricing and margin analytics to facilitate cross-functional discussion with sales, finance, and management to develop pricing strategies to drive business objectives
• Work with sales to develop pricing agreements for customers
• Collaborate across customer care, sales, and other functional groups to identify, recommend, and implement streamlined and automated pricing processes
• Analyze pricing and profitability data and provide insights and recommendations to facilitate business decision making including consideration of requests for price discounting
• Develop tools and reports to support evaluation of the efficacy of pricing programs and understanding of customer contract compliance to existing pricing agreements
• Facilitate resolution of customer pricing related issues identified by customers/distributors, sales team, and customer service and perform sales analyses as necessary. Perform price comparisons, gap identification, and communications to requestors
• Serve as subject matter expert for pricing data, SAP software
• Perform other related activities as assigned

To be successful, you will need:
• 3+ years related experience in analyst role
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects at a time
• Self-motivated and able to work autonomously
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally
• Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization in a professional manner
• Detail oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills

The following skills are preferred but not required:
• BS/BA in Business/Finance/Accounting preferred.
