CDB-90

CDB-90 (trichloroisocyanurate) is produced by chlorinating cyanuric acid with liquid chlorine until there are three chlorine atoms bonded to the primary ring. In its pure state, CDB-90 is nominally 90% w/w available chlorine.
Given its high available chlorine content and low dissolving time CDB-90 is ideal for low level, long term chlorination. CDB-90 tablets are commonly used in swimming pools to maintain the proper concentration of chlorine needed to kill bacteria and algae in the water. Our CDB-90 comes in a granulated form, as well as several different pressed forms.
